All religions have creation stories (or at least most of them) so no, that's not proof.

I, as a nonbeliever, am ready to change if I found proof. But just because an old book says God made trees, doesn't mean he did. Actually, when the bible was written, there were already trees. So, these people didn't know who or what made them, either. Besides, there IS enough proof or evidence that trees (like everything else in nature, including human life) is the result of physical or chemical phenomena. There is your proof. And as it seems, it's believers who aren't ready to take any proof that goes against what they believe.

Cut down a tree, make some paper from sawdust, write a story about how you cut down a tree. Then write some more stories until you've got a book. Did the book predict what you would do so you could write the stories? The bible is a compilation of stories written by humans observing the world around them. Otherwise it would have stories about space ships and computers and television and electricity.

No. The "Bible" here as now to be referred to as "some book" was written by men. If you know your history or want to explore more into history you will see that "some book" lines up more with the doings of the eras in which the "sections" were written. None of it really is accountable for today but people take it as such.
And of course the writers will throw you curve balls like that. "God" made trees. And you think, "Damn, this guy is powerful. I should worship him. He made those trees and those trees convert the air so I can breath it. Which gives me life, which means I owe this guy my life..." Etc.
But, it's all pish posh and horse ****.

Trees are here to nourish our planet, they produce oxygen, fertilize with the leaves or needles, they create rain and they all have a tree spirit. What do you think? The word of God is in everything we say and do, that includes the Bible.

The believer needs no proof, the unbeliever will accept no proof.
