I just asked my mom about my school physical next week and she said I'm getting shots!!!!!!!
I'm scared!! What do I do??????

Shots don't hurt, they just upset you to watch. If you look the other way before the nurse/doctor sticks the needle in you, you might not even know when it goes in.
Getting tuberculosis should scare you a whole lot more than getting a shot for it!

I actually did this once. Disappear on the day of the appointment. Come back later that day and say u forgot. Only that carries consequences. The appointment will be rescheduled and then u will have to anticipate those shots for a month or two. Plus you may get grounded. Might as well go and get these shots over with.

Just turn your head and think of happy things while getting the shots. They only take a few seconds and can prevent you from getting nasty diseases.

My 6 year old son had to get 7 in one day and he managed ok, didn't even cry, I was so proud. Just don't look at it.
