Eat all the right foods, exercise, live life to the fullest. Of course, there are no guarantees in life. A healthy robust individual that does triathlons, rock climbs, and does basically healthy stuff could conceivably get hit by a car, and that would be that. While his neighbor a ten pack a day smoker, plants himself in front of the television after work every day. He is sedentary, and thumbing his nose at healthy people. His maladies whether from his smoking, or other causes, are a source of great discomfort. The healthy neighbor had just died in the car accident, while the couch potato will continue to suffer for years.

I'm not saying this scenario will happen, but each life situations are different, and not necessarily fair.

I recently heard that going to a chiropracter on a regular basis can actually make some of the problems you will get when your older not as bad, Im not sure if it lets you live longer or not but its worth a shot!

To live longer you have to eat right, exercise, and be fit and be active all your life.

ive read that if you have more friends then you will live longer cuz when you have more friends your more likely to do more things like exercise and go out and do stuff!
