No, you cannot glue a CD back together. The player wont even recognize the disc.

if it is cracked, there is hope!My installation cd for my Internet connection some how got cracked, from the cent all the way to the out side edge.I got a piece of sticky baked paper(crack n peel) laid the cd on it and traced the circle then I made sure that the crack was all aliened together and laid it on a clean paper with the data side down.then I peeled the sticky back paper and carefully put it on the cd,then put a book that was big enough to cover the cd over that and pressed evenly (using both hands one on each side. It worked! I burned a copy of the cd,and sure the data had all copied and then tossed the original in the trash! It was a life saver because I would have gone almost two weeks waiting for Verizon to send another cd so I could connect to the Internet! Good Luck!

It still would not work. The glue can mess up the laser in the CD Player(or whatever you're using). Just throw it away....

Toss it. It is useless if it's broken. Some scratches can be repaired, but not breaks/cracks. Sorry.
