My boyfriend and I want to get a tattoo of something in german. Do you think this is to girly for a man to get on his body?

Oh and for you people that don't know what it means. It means "Madly In Love"

I GUESS I GOT IT WRONG.

I got it off of a website. Man that would suck if I got it and it didn't mean what it really said.

Hon, I'm German and "Wütend in der Liebe" doesn't mean "Madly in Love" - it doesn't make any sense at all, or only something like you're being mad at your lover. What you mean is "Wahnsinnig verliebt" - that's "Madly in love".
Believe me, "Wütend in der Liebe" is something no one would understand in Germany.
Btw, you can email me if you need some more translations.
To hidden_soul2006: I don't want to be mean or a know-it-all or something, but German is my mother tongue and sorry, your German isn't fluent, really not - sorry - but keep working on it.
Or in German: Ich will weder gemein noch ein Besserwisser sein, aber Deutsch ist meine Muttersprache und, tut mir leid, aber dein Deutsch ist nicht fließend, ganz und gar nicht - tut mir leid - aber arbeite weiter daran.

Wütend im Liebe

I think German is a great language for guys. It is a very thick language.

However, check with a German professer and make sure it is correct. I think your version actually reads "Madly in the love." I would see if the above translates correctly.

Well if you actually translate properly, I don't think it's girly. I, personally don't think tattoos look attractive at all and certainly could never be girly unless you had something like a powder pink butterfly. German wouldn't look girly anyway.

I speak a lil German too, enough to know those are probably the wrong words for the saying you want. Its not too girly. Just get it right.

No, I think it's cute. I knew the word "Liebe" meant love because the one and only phrase I can say in German is "Ich Liebe Dich". I love you.

It's your body, put on it what you want. I think it looks stupid. You asked.
Be prepared to explain what it means to people for the rest of your life!
