NO. The PDPS probably has you flagged and if you get pulled over another state they may take you to jail. (PDPS= Problem Driver Pointer System, National in USA online since January, 1995).

No do not do it. It is not legal. Just do what it takes to get your license fixed. Take it from someone who has taken defensive driving three times just because of tickets.
