stress is a learned habit ..
this how to be stressed :
think of some thing that bothers you .
visualize it .
make the picture in your head Bigger , dimmer , closer to you .
keep going through it time after time till you feel stressed .

Actually if you are stressed you are already doing all that :o)

So , how to unstress your self !?
just do the opposite ..
think of what you are stressed about .
notice the pictures , sounds .. any submodalities .
change them (make the pictures smaller brighter away from you , sounds funnier and softer ) .

if you practice stress , then your mind already have learned how to do it , it's time to learn how NOT to do it .

Get a cereal bowl (not plastic) and put water in it. Put it in the microwave until it is boiling and then breath in the steam. Gets rid of headaches and clears your head.

i agree with hope.just do the opposite!by visualizing the picture more distant you actually will fill easy like Sunday morning!Good luck!
