Do you understand what an annulment is?
You can get an annulment if the marriage wasn't consumated, or if either party was not in their right mind when they said I Do. The invalidation of a marriage, as for nonconsummation, effected by means of a declaration stating that the marriage was never valid. If you had sex after you married, you can not call it an annulment. It's called a divorce.

You have 1 year to get your marriage annuled. You have to state your reason clearly though. Good luck!
