There isn't any. If you are looking for an easy way out there isn't one so you just have to stop eating junk food and get active.
If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.
Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 calories women & 1500 men
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices
All food choices need to be low fat
Don't make food a big deal and don't socialise using food
Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - multigrain sandwich w 50g tuna/lean meat & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g-150g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)
Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.
Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.
To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 women & 1800 men and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 cal and 6 sessions again.
Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

If you don't want to diet and exercise, the best way to lose weight is to keep a journal on your emotional eating. That is, when you put something into your mouth when you are not hungry, take a moment to journal down why you are eating it. Most of the time you will find out that you are eating because you are worried about something. As you keep this journal going daily, you will be able to look back and see where you are overeating because of problems occurring. Now that you know where you are overeating, begin to make changes in your life, instead of eating that extra piece of cake late at night because you are worried about something going on at your job or a family issue, write down how you can fix the problem or think about the problem without the piece of cake. You will begin to lose weight as you change your way of thinking on handling problems without food. Best of Luck.
P.S. Don't look as walking as an exercise, look at it as a way to get to know your neighbors or to enjoy the outside. Take a walk daily along with journaling.

You hit the only answer worth our while in our books But, proper dieting is a key and based on certain blood types ( certain blood types should only eat foods acceptable to their metabolism and cut sugar and salt intake ) a nutritionist can help with that and naturally different forms of exercise ( people usually get bored of the same old s**t ) are how our bodies are designed in the first place.. hope that helps. If too much overweight there are surgical alternatives...

The best way to safely lose weight is indeed diet and exercise. By diet, I don't mean one of those crazy fad diets but a proper healthy diet that includes healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean meats and lots of water. Diet pills and such simply don't work.

Exercise and diet really is the best way to lose weight. I'd try Weight Watchers. That's what some of my family did and it worked great. But please do not splurge, starve yourself, or do anything that would hurt you. Talk to your doctor about your weight and any ideas he might have on losing it too.

Increase your fiber intake significantly. 1 gram of fiber will absorb 1 gram of fat, "stealing" 9 calories from your body before it can be digested and stored. So, as you can see, eating about 40 g fiber a day can reduce your calories absorbed by close to 400 daily without technically "dieting". Substitute whole grains for white anything wherever you can. Also, be sure to get a small amount of protein every 3 hours, even if it's 1 slice of lunch meat. It keeps you from burning muscle tissue for fuel, so your body uses more fat. Good luck!

Take vitamins, B12, Calcium, and a children's multivitamin, try KELP also. DO more research on all of the above b4 indulging. But they have worked for many active people that don't exercise, but use going to work and tending to children as exercise and daily activity. Hope this helps.....
