I am thin, but it seems that I have flab on my calves..more than most peopl. Is there any way to lose it or turn it into muscle?

the flab isn't noticeable but i was just wondering

Yeah the best way its probably to run on a treadmill or just run in general to turn it into muscle

run, walk, step aerobics and spot training will tone those calves. you must do cardio along with resistance training to get results though. for an easy exercise, stand with your legs shoulder width apart with you hands on your hips. then, lift your body weight. and feel your calves start to work. start with like 10 reps and 3 sets and increase as your calves get stronger. after awhile, you can hold hand weights and lift that way as well. but, if you have flabby calves, you might not be very fit and you should start slowly.

Are you really serious??? I NEVER saw anyone with flab on their calves!

No because ur calves r resting and supported by the hell, all its doing is puttin u on ur toes and make u walk like "Patches" the ******* dinasaur

Lay on your back and hold your feet 4 inches off the ground for as long as you can and repeat.
