You should go see a psychiatrist or at least talk with you medical doctor. It could be a delusion or an auditory hallucination and there is medication for it. It doesn't necessarily mean that you have Schizophrenia, it could be a number of different causes. Sometimes there is a medical cause and not psychiatric. Please call your doctor tomorrow morning.

maybe you have depression go to doctor
