No they are not all unique. There is a limited number of combinations of each chrmosome half that can be passed on, for humans that number is 8388608. When you consider the sheer number of sperms, for each man there are many that are genetically identical.
[EDIT] Oh yeah, I forgot about genes crossing over from chromatid to chromatid, which does cause them all to be unique, however only slight changes occur and my previous comment is still valid overall.

Sperm cells are formed through meoisis, whch cuts the available genetic material in half upon completion. The genetic information that is lost is not the same for every individual sperm, so each sperm cell is unique, regardless of its generic cellular design.
