As everyone in the world is going to die in a few decades, why God created us?

i believe that as god giveth us life he also can taketh away.. and it says in the bible that all of us will die here on earth.. our souls goes back to god who gave it, and one day all will rise and we will be held accountable for our lives here on earth...i do not think we will know the day, time or hour, but we should be prepared to meet our lord now.. there are signs in the bible and i believe are all coming to pass...but i think we should try and strive to live a moral life.. and john 3 16 says that whosoever believeth in me shall have eternal life...god has a purpose for all of his creation.. and i think he gives us choices here on earth..i know that living a christian life will not always be easy and it is not a bed or roses.. but at the end i think that we will be very happy when we reach the other side...the road to heaven is narrow and the road to hell is very wide...meaning those that think they can steal,kill, destroy, lie, and live immoral lives are living the lives of satan, and will not enter the kingdom of god.. we all make mistakes but we ask the lord to forgive us.. i think that if we seek the lord through prayer and his word he is there to help us in our time of sorrow.. i do not understand the atheist and those that deny our lord...god bless you and i hope this helped you... and thank you for the question for i can tell how i feel about our lord jesus christ....

God did not create us to die. His purpose for mankind was and still is, to live for ever in paradise conditions and to take care of the earth and everything on it. See Genesis 1: 26-21. Satan (Who was a cherub) became jealous of God being worshiped by his creation and he dwelt on it until he deceived Eve into believing if she ate fruit from the forbidden tree of "Knowledge of Good and Bad", that she wouldn't need God anymore and would be "Like God". Adam willfully ate because he loved Eve more than he loved God. So Sin was entered into the earth. And the wages of sin is death. Genesis 2:17.
A day of God's time is 1,000 years of our time. Adam thus lived to be 930 years old...so he died within God's day.Also see Romans 5:12, 17 and 19.
Now in the Bible God promises not all will die in Armageddon, there are some who will survive it and there job will be to turn the earth back into a paradise and fulfill God's original purpose.

No one dies as none is born. It is the god manifesting itself in different forms and the union of the light with earth creates the form. Just look at who u are, You say this is my body (it ur body not u), u say this is my mind (its ur mind not u), u say my spirit (its ur spirit not u), like u sau my car and that is not u. Then who r u, is it the Universe - U+inverse, if the body is ur's, the mind is ur's and the spirit is ur's, then u r god, the formless in a form and that is why, I said I, my father and the spirit are ONE.

A 9 year old who lost his father in a bank robbery was considered to be not okay with death or talk of death. But slowly people realised he is a gifted boy, can u imagine he shared with his mother at age 10 that look I am ok with death and let me explain what is death for me, " If I choose to transform myself into an apple tree, u will not be able to find me and think I am dead, but I will become an apple tree". God created us to fellowship with Him. He isn't cruel, or a joker, or testing any of us. He wants us all to accept Him for who He is. God Died for every one of us, so that we could make a choice to be in fellowship with Him, but still it is our choice to make. He won't twist anyone's arm to choose Him. But He is
a righteous God, and no sin can exist in His presence, so there has to be a place for those who rebel against Him. Adam and Eve didn't kill any one, they simply rebelled and were cast from paradise. No matter what the sin, great or small, it is still rebellion. Choose to believe in the saving power of the blood of Jesus the Christ, the Holy One of Isreal. He is the only way to God the Father, there is no other way. In summary, God created you, because He loved you, He chose you, He even died for you, but he won't force you to choose Him. God's wisdom is far greater than mine, so I don't understand why certain things happen, but I know nothing happens the He is surprised by. He knows and he is in control, just trust in His wisdom, one day you will understand. If you don't understand something in your Bible, here is the best thing to do, read several verses before and after, and the meaning will be revealed, almost all of the time.

No this is not a joke, he created us to have free power and will and our own train of thought. I hope you're not complaining about being here, because it's an honor you shouldn't take for granted. And like someone else said, what we do and believe and how we act on this earth, determines if we go to heaven or hell.

Christian DO not Die, they are only going to give up their earth body, they will remain alive for ever in heaven. A believer in Christ Jesus, will never die....

They will go to sleep in Christ Jesus if they die on this earth but they are not dead, they are just waiting for Judgement day...
