Less processed foods, more help in the kitchen cooking so they know what healthy eating is, and activities that give them exercise that they will ENJOY. The more they are involved with their food intake and activities, the more they will continue later on!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

plenty of exersise
plenty of fruit and veg and cut down on the junk food
instead of getting in the car evrywhere or elevator, just walk, it burns of A LOT of fat, you'd be surprised
