i've tried the scan thing - doesn't seem to work, all the other freeview channels are fine - its just these 2 i'm having problems with

could it be to do with the strength of signal the box is receiving?

i had similar problem,i had to get proper digital aerial

Sorry chick. If it's suddenly stopped could just be a fault in the signal or box, but if you've just got one and it doesn't work, then maybe you should've checked to see if there is a signal range in your area, my mum had to have a special aerial installed just to get free view, cost her 95 quid!!

not all signals available in all areas. Did you go to the Freeview site and check your postcode?

maybe that same reason why i can't get itv 2 3 and 4 on sky ?

turn off the box for a few minutes or tune it in again

run a frequencey scan it may pick it up
