Franklin said the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. Would he find the tree thirsty in '06? Is a man who walks in to a voting booth and destroys a Diebold voting machine on election day a tyrant or a patriot?

Last question first: the one who destroys a Diebold machine would be a vandal, nothing more.

Would Ben Franklin vote on one? Perhaps. My question is why you are so hostile to it. Do you think this is the first opportunity to manipulate the votes that America has ever seen? Don't be foolish; wherever there is voting, there are people trying to falsify the results. But I will make one point: ask your local registrar of voters for which party the votes that proved to be fraudulent were cast. I think you will find that, overwhelmingly, the "vote early, vote often" people and the "graveyard votes" are cast for the so-called Democratic party.

Vote Libertarian for a change!
