It is very important to get a good breakfast as it kick starts your day - literally. Breakfast is what makes your body really get going and start burning calories - studies show that people that eat breakfast, eat less during the whole day than people who skip breakfast but who are then more likely to eat snacks etc. So, a good breakfast in terms of a healthy breakfast would be whole grain cereal with fruit and milk, or have you tried museli with fruit and yoghurt? Alternatively if you like toast have wholegrain bread, or another good option is porridge / oatmeal breakfast. But the long standing favourite has to be the full English cooked breakfast! My breakfast is just whatever I feel like eating and have time to get before getting out of the house in a morning - I reckon the important thing is that I eat something!
In short, the best thing to have for breakfast is something that you will enjoy, that is reasonable healthy and will give you the energy and nutrients you need to keep you going 'till lunch time. Enjoy!!

Pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Fried eggs sunny side up. Ham or bacon or sausages, any of the three will do. Combine this 3 and you will have the best breakfast ever. Coupled with orange juice of course. But this is just secondary. SEX is still the best!

Oatmeal.
There has been increasing interest in oatmeal in recent years due to its beneficial health effects. Studies have shown that daily consumption of a bowl of oatmeal can lower blood cholesterol. After reports found that oats can help lower cholesterol, an "oat bran craze" swept the U.S. in the late 1980s, peaking in 1989. The food fad was short-lived and faded by the early 1990s. The popularity of oatmeal and other oat products again increased after the January 1997 decision by the Food and Drug Administration that food with a lot of oat bran or rolled oats can carry a label claiming it may reduce the risk of heart disease, when combined with a low-fat diet. Rolled Oats have also long been a staple of many athletes' diets, especially weight trainers', given Oatmeal's high content of complex carbohydrates and fiber which encourage slow digestion and stable blood-glucose levels.
Some of the items added to oatmeal porridge to enhance its flavour include salt, sugar, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, flax, butter or margarine, milk or cream, diced apples, raisins, dates, nuts, peanut butter, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches and cinnamon.

Eggs are a very good source of easily digestible protein. Whole grain toast or cereal is a good source of complex carbohydrates, which break down slowly and give you energy for some time. Fruits are a good source of vitamins, carbohydrates, and fiber (Fiber is important for intestinal and bowel health.) A multivitamin is also a good addition, as many people do not get all of their neccessary nutrients from their diet.

That depends on your tastes. I like to eat a bowl of cereal and have a banana on top. Some times I like Toast with peanut butter and banana. It all depends on what you want at the time and what you have on hand. You should try to be balanced in anything you eat for you health. That is the best way to eat.

Shreddies with sugar, left to go a little soggy, a cuppa, nice and strong, and if I'm still hungry a slice of toast and raspberry jam to follow. Got your taste buds tingling yet?

non fat plain yogurt with a scoop of healthy, whole grain cereal and maybe some wheat germ sprinkled on top.
That way, if you mess up the healthy eating during the day or night, you at least started off on the right foot.
