Check this out. If you are in good physical condition youshould already be able to see those abs man. I say this because some people complain and want too see their abs and do crunches but don't go anywhere because what they are seeing is a big globbly layer of FAT!!!! IF your in shape you should already some visible muscle tissue on you abdomen. If your outta shape you should do cardio and running do burn the FAT off you gut!

You have to eat healthy, low fat diet and burn calories. Doing what you're doing is strengthening the muscles, losing weight will show them off. Although the stomach is the number one hardest place to lose fat. Good Luck.
