Listen, I used to be 139 pounds at 11 and my height was 4'2. I started exercising and eating healthier and whole foods. Now, I'm 12 and my height is 5'10. My weight is now 112.You need to do cardio and pilates, maybe yoga. It will defiantly help to lose your extra weight.

How do think you look? Muscle weighs more than fat so different people look different at different weights.

The size of your frame makes a difference as well. A big framed person weighing 103lbs could look anorexic. Don't listen to others, do what feels right to you. What size do you wear?

When I was 18 and weight 140 I wore a size 9/10. However, because my workout changed over the years at 38 I weight 170 and wore a size 9/10. So it's not all about how much you weigh, but how you look and feel in your clothes.

You may be a bit overweight. it all depends on your frame size and muscle mass. Don't worry so much about the number. How do you look? What size to you wear? What are your measuremants (use tape measure) The most important thing is that you feel good about yourself and that you are healthy. Just watch what you eat and do some form of excersise for at least 30 mins 4 xs a week>>>

Don't focus on the scale so much. Muscle is denser than fat, so you can be heavier on a scale and still be healthy and in good shape. Instead, talk to your doctor about doing your BMI (body mass index) and find out the percentage of body fat you're carrying.

For a female, between 14 and 24 percent body fat is normal. If you're athletic, then you can go as low as about 12 percent. Any lower than 11 percent body fat and you risk stopping your menstrual cycle and screwing up your normal body hormone levels.

Honey, you're overweight for your height and frame.
Don't go on any crazy diets to lose the weight.
Ask your health nurse (at school), to give you a sheet that lists
the foods you should be eating.
If you eat alot of sweets and junk food,it can affect your health when you're older. Just adjust what you're eating and be sure to get enough sleep and exercise. Good Luck!

You are not fat. Muscle weighs a little more than fat so if you have muscle you may weigh a little more. Your appearance is more important than actual weight. If you look ok, then you are ok. Just don't live on your couch eating cheeto's and you will be fine :)

of course not. I have issues with my body as well. PPl told me that i was beautiful and that i was not fat. I prayed because i still thought i was fat.well one day i woke up and saw i am beautiful. you have heard this many times, i did and ignoredit, but no matter what you are beautiful. do not let others control. it is no way to live. be strong and if you still want to lose weight i suggest running and sit up, they helped me. oh yeah im 13 and weigh 145 i know what you are goin through. Stay strong sista.

first of all half of these people are being VERY RUDE TO YOU!!
it would help if you said if you are a boy or a girl also. in order to tell if you are fat we have to see you because you could be all muscle. tell your doctor that you are kind of uncomfortable with your weight and ask him if he thinks you should shed some pounds. and remember it doesnt matter if you are fat...all that matters is whats on the inside

No, you are not fat. In fact, you are probably still going thru puberty. Just keep on eating right and excercising and you will be fine! Talk to your doctor about your concerns. He can recommend the correct way to eat for your body frame and type.

If you are concerned about your weight then you should make sure to eat healthy, get regular excersize which includes cardio (like running or swimming) and some toning and stretching. A good site is www.shape.com to look for excersizes. Good Luck!
