Running helps. And I'm not talking about walking or even those eliptical machines. The best way is to run or jog. You have to have your legs moving at least at a jogging pace. When you use the "fast twitch" muscles more than the slower muscles, the legs will shrink both by fat and muscle. That's why Olympic runners have skinnier legs than Olympians who use heavy weights and compete in squatting competition.

So basically, just go to the gym or run around your neigborhood for about 20-30 minutes a day. Don't run too fast right away or you will get tired quickly. Start with a slow jog and when you feel like you can do it, speed it up a little. Pace yourself so you can last the 20-30 minutes. If you feel dizzy or exhausted, you're pushing too hard. Also, try to eat something high in energy like a banana before your workout. You should never workout while you're hungry. This makes your body think you are starving and causes your body to SAVE fat just in case you might be starving to death.

To help make running fun, try to go out and buy a cute outfit for yourself. Some matching running shoes would be awesome, too. I think girls look really sexy when they're wearing a cute workout outfit. It's a good excuse to go out shopping, and I think you'll love the way you look in it, too!

Other than Liposuction I don't think there are any fast answers. Diet and exercise are the only other ways I know. If you diet without the exercise you may lose the weight but you'll still be flabby.

Runnning is the best way to lean your legs. Do it 3 times a week for one hour a day, if you are near a beach even better to run near the waters edge.

nothing is quick and easy and healthy. lipo is the best answer, becasue exercise takes time, and overall you should make sure you have a healthy diet, exercising without proper foods is a losing battle. make sure you eat enough carbs for the energy, complex as well as simple and protein to build lean muslce tissue and use fats sparringly. you have to take in account you bmr(how much calories you burn noramlly) and then step up your exercise to burn the excess calories you have stored in your body.

by working out you can't just make em' look skinny if they aren't you know? you can do leg lefts or something or walking or running good luck.
