My boys are obbsessed with cars and trucks, anything with wheels. if a 3 year old will spend 1/2 hour playing with cars in one spot with changing activities, I say he is interested in them.my 2 year old does the same thing with trucks.

depends on if boy or girl my 2 and 4 year old boys love cars, trucks, playing outside in the dirt, they have their own small shovels and they dig and make holes for their trucks. girls like dolls drawing, games, and playing dress up, try spongebob squarepants on nick or just nickelodeon, when all else fails take them to a park and let them run good luck
