We had fun on our first date but not sure calling the next day makes me seem desperate or genuinely interested in her without game playing. I don't like to play games.

Heh. Play games, because there's a game whether or not you want there to be.
Don't call the next day. If she calls you, great, chat with her.
If not, give it three days or more. Don't come off as desperate.

I am cool with calling the next day, but some women aren't. If you call, then just make it short and simple so you don't sound desperate. Or you could send her a text message. Just "I enjoyed being with you."

Oh I hate why all the guys are all the same.Don't be coward call her, she will accept and the next time she will call you.
