Don't tell her you love her. You'll probably freak her out. Go about it differently. Start with "I like you" See if she wants to go on a date first.

Tell her right know I think that is always the best combination friends before lovers. By being friends you already know everything about each other and then when you are both ready for love there should be no hesitating because it should be naturally the next step.

OK OK there is 2 different kinds of date: "A DATE" and "a date" (notice the caps) "A DATE" is with a gf like you and here are going out..."a date" is just go out with the girl for fun to show here what you are reallly like...when i like a girl i would ask her on a "date" not a "DATE" and then at the end of the date and she says she had fun or enjoy her the company or sumthing like that then u are good...few days later ask her on a date again...then see what she says if she says the same thing then u are set ask her on a DATE...it works if you know how to tell if ppl are lying ...like i know ways how ppl lie just by looking at them...trust me it works!!!

When you will feel that the right moment has come.But don't think about that so much it will come when you least expect.But if you are not sure in her love yet then wait a little and give her just a sign,she will understand.

You have to make sure that she feels the same way about you, cause you dont want to just come out and say it and then ruin a good friendship.

You can't just say you love her. You need to try showing her signs and go out on dates before you say anything about love.

ok just have a fun night together like at her house or at your house and when things get calm tell her you need to talk to her and then tell her how you feel and maybe ask her if she feels the same way and if she does ask her to be your girlfriend

Get her alone somewhere peaceful. Take her hands, look deep in her eyes...and tell her.
Or, take her hand with one hand, then with your other hand lift up her chin so she's looking into your eyes, and then tell her.
