Did he have to urinate? Did he have to defecate? Did he have to bathe? If so, then he's not God. He was human, right?

If God had bodily functions, he in no way can be an all-perfect god. That's just common sense.

I think so because when he was put on the cross, he bled and hurt just like any other human. He was perfect in the ways that he didn't sin, but other than that, he was human.

"If God had bodily functions, he in no way can be an all-perfect god. That's just common sense."

Common sense eh? God created "man". Jesus was God as man. Yes, he performed bodily functions. He ate. So, he would have to do all the other bodily functions also.

He could of succumbed to temptation and eliminated the need to perform these functions but then he would not have been our lord and savior that provides the path to our heavenly father.

The bible does not discuss these things because that is not important to the message of salvation. This discussion detracts from the issues that Jesus addresses.

Jesus also fulfilled various laws about ritual cleanliness. That did not mean that he never became unclean, because anyone with normal bodily functions would occasionally become unclean (Deut. 23:10). It was not a sin to be unclean. However, Jesus fulfilled the purpose of the purity laws: He was morally and spiritually pure. He had internal holiness, set apart to do the work of God.

Jesus was both human and God, just as we all are. We are each expressions of God, here so that God can experience God's self through us. God is not a being, but the formless, genderless, eternal energy source of all life. God is the process of life, which does include biological human functions.

He came to earth as GOD's Son and therefore he was born to an earthly mother. It would be almost assured his mother (Mary) would have bathed him and changed his diapers, your mother did the same for you. We know for a fact that he bled and died. Two body functions that we all have, so he probably had the other functions you asked about. Which makes it perfect, that he came to earth as man and died for our sins. On the third day he rose from the dead. A body function that only GOD can perform, so he is both! GOD BLESS YOU

Part of stepping down from heaven and taking on a human body would be dealing with the functions of a human body. Amazing that God would do that for His creation. Now, that's LOVE!!

Do you realize that you wasted five points to ask this ridiculous question? AND...I get two points for pointing this out to you. COOL DEAL, thank you!!

God sent his son Jesus to come down to the world to teach the people about his great gift. he came down in a human body. he did everything like a human, he WAS a human. the thing is, he was a perfect human. he had no sin. he was like Adam and EVE before they took the fruit. he was so close to God, he was apart of God, he WAS God. God is perfect, his son is perfect.

Are you really serious about this? Or just trying to get a raise out of people?

Of course HE did all the "bodily functions" as a normal person would. HE was the LORD, brought down to earthly form, in order to die for us, and for that, we, who believe are assured of Salvation if we believe in HIM, and repent, and are baptized.

We must live a good Christian life afterwards...

I wish you well..
