How do you say "three" and "six" in german, and what is the correct pronunciacion? is three and six the same way you also say "thirty -six" in german?if not how do you pronounce "thirty-six"

3 is drei and is pronounced "DRY". 6 is sechs and pronounced ZEX.
36 is a totally different breed. It is sechunddreissig which literally translated means 6 and 30. You pronounce it "zex uhnd dry zig".

Some of the answers are just wrong (AwesomeBill for example)
3 = drei and it's similar to dry but the r has more of a rolling sound. The tongue is touching the back of your teeth when you pronounce the r)
6 = zec plus an s, the s is longer than in sex.
36 = zecs und drrrrysig
(the und means "and" and is pronounced like you without the jee sound plus "nd" as in "and")

Three: Drei. Pronounciation: "dry"
Six: Sechs. Pronounciation: "sex"
Thirty-six: Sechs und dreissig (the double ss is actually that special character that looks like a capital B and sounds like ss). Pronounciation: "sexs oond dryssic"

how funny is that im half german and to say 3 is like to say the the word dry thow i dont know how to spell it in german and 6 sounds like sex if you say so in other words dry sex is 63 its backwards i know but thats how you say it and sex dry would be 36 im pretty sure my mother is full blooded german and i learned some of it from her
