Does a chicken have lips? Just depends which end you're looking at. As for a belly button, I don't know, but I heard that if you find it and press hard enough, it's legs will fall off.

Sorry to antagonize my fellow answerers, but chickens DO have belly buttons, all egg born animal connects their body to a vitelin sac, which nourishes them on embryonic development until they hatch. That "umbilical cord" is similar as the ones on mammals in form and in function. When they are born, cord falls out and THERE'S a scar, search for it!

no. only mammals have belly buttons. birds and reptiles lay eggs so the tube connected to the belly button is not necessary.
