Do or say something totally unexpected, romantic or out of character. Buy a bunch of flowers even though it isn't her birthday. Give her breakfast in bed. Cook a meal. Or better still offer to do the laundry/housework/dishes for a week.
Maybe better not try the last one, you only want to take her breath away not kill her.

Tell her shes the most beautiful girl you've ever seen, tell her she amazes you with her beauty, get down on one knee and tell her you love her in public!
Stop her in the street just to give her a tender gentle kiss....even in the middle of a boring conversation, just smile and gently kiss her.

Lol, well I certainly wouldn't recommend punching her, but doing something, just for her that is out of the ordinary, that shows you took time and care to come up with and do will do it every time.
