our christian friends normally quote this verse and conclude that Muhammad pbuh is false prophet ....
Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
______________________________________________________________________________
First of all, nowhere does the name of Muhammad pbuh mentioned in this verse, so how did you came to the conclusion that this is refering to Prophet Muhammad pbuh. Only "false prophet" named in Bible is "Barjesus". Acts 13:6 "And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a FALSE PROPHET, a Jew, whose name [was] Barjesus"
False prophets are still arising even after the last and final prophet Muhammad pbuh. If we read history, so many false prophets arose in the last century. But notice that the bible oes not deny the coming of true prophet. Even bible prophecize the coming of Prophet Muhammad pbuh.
==========
just because of some lack of knowledge of biography and characcter of Muhammad pbuh, they rejected him...
Muhammad pbuh was a man with a noble and exalted mission —and his unique mission was to unite humanity in the worship of the One and only God and to teach them the way to honest and upright living in accordance with the laws and commands of God.
And Most Certainly, thou (O Muhammad) are of most sublime and exalted character. (The Holy Quran, 68:4)
We sent thee not save as a mercy for the peoples. (The Holy Quran, 021.107)

Christians are not taught world religions, they are taught not to question. I think you are confusing the words prophet and messiah. To a Christian, Jesus was the messiah, the savior, not a prophet. Someone like Abraham was a prophet.
It's a terrible thing that Christians are not taught comparative religions, it produces nothing except a closed mind. For people to say that the Koran is a book of evil things to be done to others, is saying that the Bible contains only good, positive things. The Bible has its own share of abuses. The OT is one of the blood filled documents I have ever read. There is good and bad in both books. Our own outlook on life and our own understanding is what separates which way we look at those Books.
You just concentrate your heart and soul on the message that rings true for you, and leave everyone else to their own closed minded bigotry.
When we travel our path, we are all prophets.

Because, in Judaism and Christianity, a true prophet has always been eager to have his words compared to the Scriptures already received from God in the past. Jesus quoted the Jewish scriptures constantly, and explicitly said that not one bit of them was to pass away until the end of time. No Christian has ever disputed the truth and validity of the Jewish scriptures. God can reveal more and more to us, but the new things He reveals NEVER contradict something He already said. The Quran contains lots of things that are true, but it also contains lots of things which directly contradict statements in the Jewish and Christian scriptures. That's why we can't accept Muhammad as a prophet. I think he was sincere- but I cannot believe his words were from God. If the Quran is true, then God was a liar when He spoke to the earlier prophets, and that is impossible. The only possible answer to this is to suggest that the earlier scriptures have been corrupted and twisted, and that's a pitifully lame excuse- we have actual copies of Judeo-Christian scriptures that are thousands of years old, and they have not changed. One can accept either the Bible or the Quran, but never both. But, as one who also loves God, the merciful and compassionate One, I wish you well.

*You really shouldn't ask.. The first is the pedophile issue of having a 6 year old wife. (that is just not acceptable for a prophet)
*The Koran being written so violent and so easily taken as an excuse for terrorism.
*Shari law, is one of the others, cutting off hands and feet for crimes, stoning ect.
*The extremely poor treatment of women in Islam.
*Muhammad never did any miracles to confirm he was a prophet.
*Muhammad could not read or write. (you will think this positive, everyone else sees this as negative)
* There is nothing to confirm that Muhammad was a prophet of god and he definitely did not worship the God of Abraham.
* Muhammad and Jesus are conflicting and not at all in agreement.

No reason to think he wasn't a prophet. However, it is said the entire Koran was given to him in vision... to base an entire religion on one text..... there are many similarities between the religions, the fact that Christ is viewed only as another prophet is the defining key to Christendoms dislike of Islam.
And the violent sects that pervade Islam today.

I think it was pretty much all the murder, rape, torture, terrorism, pedophilia, conquest of people who did him no harm and slavery that makes most christians reject Muhammad as a prophet. Oh yeah, there was that whole possessed by the devil thing (do you think we don't know that your religion documents this).
But that was the past. What about now. Hmmm, muslims all over the world engaging in....murder, rape, torture, terrorism, pedophilia, conquest of people who did them no harm, slavery....and now, new for this century....attempts at a nuclear holocaust. Who says muslims aren't down with the modern age.
Get a grip. People in the world KNOW what your religion is all about. Specifically, we KNOW that it is heinously evil. Do you think we don't read the Quran and the Hadiths. Do you think we don't read the accounts of the life of Muhammad written by muslim scholars. Do you think we don't know about the permanent state of war all muslims are forced into with the non muslim world. Do you think we don't know that deception about the nature of Islam is part of the sphere of war. Do you honestly think we don't know about the plans of groups like the Muslim Brotherhood to conquer the world using abusive immigration and then violence (as we see being done in France and all over Europe, right now).
Do you think we won't stop you?

When you denigrate Jesus' status to just another prophet instead of agreeing with the teaching of the Bible that He was the Son of God, the spotless Lamb of God who died on a cross in order to pay our sin debt you become a false prophet.

If many people there believe that Mohammad was such a bad man why dont they search for the truth about him so they can convince theirself that all the muslim people who live now on Earth ... and who lived since 1400 years are not mad or bad to follow such a man .. and to know why Islam annual growth rate (1994-1995) from U.N. is 6.40% .. which is high compared to other relegions ..

Jesus was the messiah and only through him is one reconciled to God the Father. I do not see any of that in Muhammads writings, which leaves me to believe he was but merely a demented fool.
