Firstly, cut down on junk food and you'll start to see a difference.
I found an article on 'excercise for lazy girls'... here it is: http://www.nzgirl.co.nz/articles/4775
Theres also a book you could get called 'The Lazy Girl's Guide to a Fabulous Body'...
Good luck :)
PS. i just realised i dont know if you're a girl or boy so apologies if you're male lol.

The problem with wanting a pill to do the work for you is that the negative habits that caused you to gain the weight in the first place will still be there and you will become overweight again. A healthy physique developed through good nutrition and strenuous exercise can cause positive changes in your personality as you replace bad habits with good ones.
Without these changes any loss of weight will only be temporary.
You can lose weight by simply eating less but your body will still need physical activity to remain healthy. I know it's difficult to get up and do it. Be strong and very courageous! Conquering this battle may help you overcome many others!
God bless you!

I am a diabetic, and that produces a different set of weight loss problems, as my body, and the meds given to keep my blood sugar down can work to increase weight.
I also have a systemic yeast infection (candida). I understand that candida produces ethanol, which is a carbohydrate. Now that I am on an anti-yeast diet, I have lost 5 pounds in 6 months on diet, with minimal exercise (walking maybe once a week).
Get checked for hyperinsulinemia (a pre-diabetic condition) as it may be contributing to your lazyness (it did me). Also read up on systemic yeast infection to see if you have that.

Personally, I use the Slimfast Optima drinks for my breakfast and snacking. They're only 180 calories so it dramatically reduces your calorie intake. Because the calorie count is so low, it's also ok to drink another one an hour or two later if you feel a little hungry again. It gives you energy and has more nutrients than some meals that we eat everyday. Just use it to skip at least one meal a day, but make sure you eat at least one REAL meal a day to make sure your stomach gets some real food in it. =)

You can lose it without exercise as been stated here, but if it's a lot of weight it will sag and you'll end up looking worse if you don't pay someone to have the saggin skin removed.
Wouldn't you just want to add a twenty minute walk to your daily routine now?

Actually i dont know what kinda 'cures' u r looking for but losing weight for me never works from exercising. I was 45kg before my pregnancy n after birth, i was 82kg. A devastated me tried many workouts but managed to go down to 64kg(after a year from childbirth) and no more till i tried a method which can be quite unhealthy to many.. it's simply having lotsa sleep n then eat only 1 meal(as much as u want but b4 7pm). i eventually lost weight and now, less than a year from 64kg, im down to 54kg n still losing:)

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Weight loss comes from consuming less calories than you burn. So you can lose weight without exercise. But it will not be a healthy weightloss.

You can loose weight by having the excess surgically removed.
Almost anyone would see a significant weight loss, if they had their head cut off.
