My symptoms: I wake up extremely nauseus almost every morning, and have thrown up several times over the last month. After about an hour it goes away. And I feel ok, except that I am extremely tired all the time. Additionally I have been having a skin irritation for the first time in my life that at first I thought was an allergic reaction. When I take histimine pills it goes away, but it has come back several times. They start out looking like mesquito bites, but then they swell and are terribly irritating. They go away almost immidiately when I take the Histimine. Also, I have these deep purple rings under my eyes that I have never had before. Sometimes it gets so bad that it looks like bruising. Does anybody have any idea what these symptoms could be? Initially I thought that I had a flu, but it is just not going away. It's been over a month now.

Yes, "go to a doctor", that's the simplest advice. Exaggerated irritation at sites of mosquito bites is one of the earlier signs of HIV/AIDS (I'm not trying to frighten u). Also, I'm not sure the purple spots u r talking of are ecchymoses or petechial bleed s(both r some form of bleeding into the skin), and can be associated with endocarditis (innermost lining of the heart), but which is almost always associated with fever. Since these hemorrhages r of recent origin I'm ruling out genetic disorders like collagen vascular disorders. Also, think of hemangiomas (benign tumors of small blood vessels). But, could be some allergy (autoimmune condition), endocarditis or poisoning (I'm not aware of ur familial circumstances). HIV/AIDS has well known ELISA, tri-dot and Western blot (blood) tests. Endocarditis would require blood culture for testing, and prior to which absolutely avoid taking any antibiotics as they would interfere with the results. Bye. TC.

I'd go and see your doctor, but it sounds like an allergy. Have you changed anything about your diet or your home?

Boost your immune system by eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water, cut down on tea and coffee.

If you're ill for more than a week you should get it checked out by a Doctor, often there's a really simple answer.

It sounds somewhat like diabetes but I would be more apt to look at some type of staph infection. Staph can be very dangerous or even deadly. No matter what it is I would get to a doctor and have it checked. If you want to make a fast check for diabetes with one other person there, just breath out into their hand and have them smell your breath. If it smells like rotten fruit, get checked for diabetes immediately.

Are you being poisoned by some substance in your home,or by someone? I would get to a doctor as fast as my car could get me there. You are having a severe allergic reaction to something.

It could be any number of things with the symptoms you decribe.
All of them can be symptoms of diabetes and you should have it checked out. Whatever it is a month of symptoms is too long.
