You would need to provide the weight of the portion of fish and sauce in order to accurately determine the number of carbs. There will be very few carbs in the fish, but because teriyaki sauce is usually sweet, there will be a few there. You probably aren't eating a whole lot of sauce, though, so I would call this meal a low-carb choice.

If you can determine the weight of the fish and the amount of sauce, go to www.fitday.com and look up the nutritional values.

Almost all of the carbs in a dish like this would be from the terriaki sauce (3 grams per table spoon). This sauce is made with brown sugar which would be the main source of the carbs. I'm also assuming that the fish is grilled not fried. When fish is fried, most of the time it is cooked in a batter that would also have a high carb count.

Not sure exactly, but the majority of the carbs in that dish will come from the sugars in the sauce. If you're concerned about carbs, replace the teryaki with a difference sauce.
