I'm in great shape and I run and workout all the time. She says I'm showing off. It's hot out...why would I run with a shirt on?

Let her be upset. You're not doing anything wrong. She is jealous, and she doesn't want other women to notice your hot bod bro. This is a good thing! You keep jogging with your shirt off and show off your stuff while you have it. She does the same thing when she goes out without you, TRUST ME.
Don't capitulate to a demand like this. She'll lose respect for you. Just let her know you like jogging shirtless, and it doesn't mean you're cheating on her.

I see her point, be a good bf and use a shirt. Well run inside, or go to a gym. Well ur male, so too bad for you. She's the better one, and does all the work. Make her happy instead of being annoyed or her being jealous.

Basically, she doesnt want the world to know what a hot body you have, cuz she might end up losing you to another gal...
My advice is to reassure her that nothing is going to happen, and that she is the only one for you, and continue to run with your shirt off...
