well thats part of flirting in a way if she is looking at you at the same time while shes twirling in her hair lol...its actually very cute to watch and im a woman lol. i've never done that but ill keep it in mind (hehe )
As for the pointing legs at you "YES" thats a sign that she is interrested and i got that from a radio survey and this was the answer to how many women point legs are a men when they are interrested, 60% of women will do that and im NOT of them, it was news to me lol.
So next time she points her legs at you make your move and talk to her, just say hi and take it from there.
