I have been trying to download them but no websites seem to have them :(

Here you go, http://www.cmedia.com.tw/?q=en/driver In the list select PCI Audio then CMI8738 and then select Windows XP, you will be taken to the driver download page.
FYI, that is a Cmedia audio device.

I have that exact sound board, it is a very nice card. I have the cd for it, I could get you the driver from that...it has been my experience that with the internet downloaded drivers the surround sound never seems to want to work.

I checked and driverguide.com has this driver. It is a free download you just have to register, no big deal.
