Interesting question!
Christianity is usually symbolized by the fish, although I'm not sure why that would be a better symbol than a lamb. I think a lamb works best. The lamb symbolizes Jesus' sacrificial death.
Islam - a well-trained dog that is submissive to its owner. That is because Islam is about submitting to God, the Creator. However, it's kind of a bad symbol because some Muslims don't believe in keeping dogs for pets. So I might have to come up with a different pet which is obedient.
Buddhism - a cow, because it is a vegetarian and so does not harm living beings unnecessarily. And it gives (milk) without asking for anything in return. I think the essence of Buddhism is about attaining these types of values, of compassion, altruism, selfless giving, and non-violence.

Human have already divided into many religion. God also have divided into several parts or pieces. Why you are trying to divide animals into religion?God have created us, you, me and all living and non-alive being. There is no different God for different religion. Object of all religion is God. If God would be different then why he didn't make different planet for different religions? Our organs are same, our blood color is same. What is difference between Christian, Muslims, Buddhist and Hindus as human being?

Christianity: A sheep. (Bent over in front of a horny farmer.)
Islam: A goat. (Bent over in front of a horny Arab.)
Buddhism: A dung beetle. (Which is what they think you come back as if you don't get it right the first time.)
