Based on your measurements alone, it would be hard to tell, but it doesn't sound like your weight is excessive. You should be able to tell by the amount of fat you can pinch or by how winded you get when doing physical activity. I would suggest that you check with your doctor.
You can also do a search for a BMI calculator which will give you a better indication.

your perfect for your height. if your worried about a little belly fat you may have, I would just turn it into muscle by working out. also reduce stress. remember, muscle weighs more than fat! and the taller you are,the more you will wiegh. ignore the commercials of rock hard abs on the barbie wannabes or chuck norris, we are all perfect bieng our selves.

according to the height and weight you gave you sound like you are in your weight range. if you are concerned about the way you look and want to tone your muscles you should begin weight training
