Depends on what you believe "truth" means. I don't think there is any "truth" to Jesus, but then again, I like scientific proof and all. Some folks believe Jesus and god are real because they have "blind faith" they feel so strongly about it- they just believe. It's up to you.

Just pray to our heavenly father for forgiveness for you sins.
If you will allow him into your heart he will save your soul. Take some time to read the JV of the New Testament. The KJV is the oldest version of the holy bible in the English language. It has less changes than the other versions, so it is closer to the original versions. "it should be more accurate". I hope you find Christ and I'll say a prayer for you.
You must believe in him. It takes time but you will get spiritual healing through him, then you will have a understanding of why things happen in your life. Life is great with Jesus. Your "miracles" probably wont be immediate but your life difficulties will be easier to deal with through him.

Real praying is far easier than people think. You just have to talk to Jesus as if He were in the room with you. Jesus does answer prayers, I have seen this in my life and the lives of others I know, but sometimes you are asked to wait for the prayer to be answered. God does things only for our good, never lets us get prayers answered that will hurt you, and has perfect timing, you will be surprised when and how He anwers your prayers. Don't forget to pray about the little things too, God is interested in every part of your life.

Jesus will help u no matter wot-but u need 2 have faith dat he can. Otherwise He can't perform da miracle. If u believe that He can and will do it, then he will. Informal prayer is the best-just talk 2 him like u wud ur mate, coz He is a mate really. Then make sure u thank Him afterwards. He always helps me out when I'm in dire straits, ya know.

There is truth behind this statement which you can approach in various ways.
Prayer does help! It connects you to higher vibrations and the higher collective conciousness, so does meditation.
In essence what helps is the 'asking'
You can ask Jesus, God, the Angelic realm or any number of beings from the light, in what ever denomination feels right for you. And you can ask it in a way that feels comfortable for you - it is your 'intent' that is important not the words.
The other key point is to trust and believe. It is esential that you live in a positive way, believing that this help is at hand. It is sort of banked for you and as you continue to meditate or pray on a daily basis, remaining positive that the outcome will be good, then you will lift up your vibrations enough for your situation to change. It doesnt always happen instantly but it WILL happen if you stay away from the feelings and thoughts of all of the hardship and pain that has happend to you.
Everything at it's microscopic level is pure energy, so everything we see, hear, think, do, say and are - is God. Things that happen to us that bring us joy is Gods energy, things that happen to us that bring us other emotions is an opertunity for us to look at them and ask ourselves 'what is this situation trying to teach my spiritual self' then learn from them - this lifts our energy vibration and brings us back to God/Jesus etc - then ALL things are possible and we CAN change our lives - through Jesus and prayer

Here is a story about a friend of mine:
A while ago a friend of mine had one of his relatives pass away. She was dead for three days and everyone was very sad, they were all at the funeral and everyone was crying but someone was praying. And then all of a sudden she got out or her coffin and was alive again after being classified dead by all of the doctors, her brain wasn't funtioning and her heart had stopped for three days but she came back to life. All of the people in this story are Christians and this is a true story.
I just had to tell that story somewere.

Yes it is True: God Always answers prayer..but not always in the way 'WE' would wish it to be answered, and always in His time-frame, not our own!! Yes he dose heal, help the poor, and raise the dead, and much, much more!!!
He saved my life after an overdose that should, by all medical science, have killed a horse, let alone an 8 stone weakling!!
A paracetamol overdose so I have been informed by several doctors, is..'Irreversible'... even if it does not kill you, it will cause severe damage to your organs... I survived with no ill effects at all from a cocktail of drugs including paracetamol & codine without 'ANY' medical intervention at all!! And Believe me...I did take more than enough!!
He has also helped me financially, physically, mentally, emotionally, and in too many other ways to mention here!!

I believe so yes, but prayers aren't always answered in the way we expect... if someone dies, and spends the rest of eternity with Him I would call that being saved.
The first prayer just needs to be asking Jesus into your heart and your life.
To have a successful relationship with God/Jesus, you need to admit all your faults and your sins, and ask that He will forgive you and help you to go on without sinning. If you ask, He will do this.
Rely on him for everything and He will provide.
God Bless

Jesus can and does do miracles, for those who love and trust Him. But He is not a genie in a bottle.
The ultimate gift Jesus brings is not temporary relief from disease or bankruptcy. It is much deeper than these transitory things.
Jesus brings the gift of eternal life into a world condemned to die.
