I saw it and I am Christian. I consider myself open minded enough to observe other people's perspectives whether I agree or not. It's a good thing to attempt to understand the grass that grows on the other side of the fence. It's just a movie, totally embellished for commercial purposes. I like Tom Hanks as an actor and respect Ron Howard as a producer. For me, it was strictly entertainment, no more or no less.

Read the book, saw the movie--- don't understand what all the fuss is about??? Interesting story, good read--didn't think the movie lived up to the book (most don't) though I thought the movie treated mainstream Christianity with more respect than the dialogue in the book did...
It's FICTION...just like Alien or War of the Worlds. The Robe or The Ten Commandments is not what I base my faith upon...and the DaVinci Code doesn't shake it.

I am a believer and trust me I believe everything and understand everything that I believe, that is in the bible. With that I wouldn't encourage someone who is young in the Spirit to go see it because if you don't know the truth beyond a shadow of a doubt then there are demonic seeds that have potential to be planted in you that will grow and flourish into certain deception. However, I do encourage, those who are firm in their faith and have a personal relationship with God and pursue to get closer to Him to see the movie, but not to make corrections at all, but to identify the most diabolical plot of the enemy yet, and allow God to begin to prepare your spirit man to face the upcoming strategies of the devil. It is definitely end times. Will you be ready? God Bless.

I'm Christian, and i have gone to see the movie, and i think the controversy over the movie is stupid because at the end of the day, its just a movie and its not going to change the world.

I am a christian and I have not seen it and I will never see it. It is full of lies and is just as bad as "The Last Temptation of Christ".

I bought the book simply so that I could comment on it and have a valid viewpoint.
