She is probably wanting to discuss the nature of your relationship. Do you intend to just date for another 3 years or are you ready to commit to the relationship and propose? After three years I would want to know if I was just wasting my time waiting for nothing.

It could mean anything. She could be pregnant, she could have been offered a promotion but it requires her to move, she could have been fired, she could want to propose marriage. Who knows? She knows and she is the only one who does. Ask her.
