there's tryptophan in milk, which is the same stuff in turkey that makes you want to take a nap after Thanksgiving dinner.

i do not know about honey, but i do know that there is a substance called "kazeinomorfhine" (a relative to morphine) that exists in milk, especially when it is heated up. that's why people like cheese so much. it is a drug.

hmmm..i thnk its not sleepy. but i know before you go to bed, drink some warm milk, and its really helps you to sleep well thru the night
