Close the lid

Yup, close the lid.

Do you know why dogs drink out of the toilet? Because the water is always cold.

Keep your dogs dish full of cold water and he'll be less inclined to drink out of the toilet.

Make sure it's a ceramic bowl and that will help keep the water cool.

Keep the lid down! Put a bowl of water beside the toilet. Gradually move the bowl out of the bathroom then keep the door closed.

Why do you care if the dog drinks out of the toilet? The water is fresh and clean and is probably in a lot better condition than what the animals gets in its water bowl.

Leave the lid down! Put some door safety catches that you use to keep kids out of drawers/cupboards.

My lil sod of a dog used to do it, too! But he did grow out of it.

close the door after you done your business. He will not be able to get in to use the toilet and give the dog some water since he is probably thirsty.
