Why do you gulp it? Are you like my friend that never drinks water? The dr told her to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day,
so that 's what she does. She drinks the entire glass w/o stopping. You should sip the water, or at least don't gulp it down.
If you don't like drinking water, put a few drops of lemon juice in it. It isn't enough to really taste, but some find it easier to drink.
I would talk to the dr about your dizziness.

Hello Dear, you shouldn't be much concerned about that. I think that as a reaction of your body, which can happen at times. The whole process of ingesting any liquids, also pure water is associalted with the machanism of the intake.I would recommend you slightly to reduce the whole intake os water for some time, and to drink it sip by sip,and not at once 2gulps..Ensure yourself that when you drink you are not disturbed and are sitting comfortably..Do not take any liquids 2 hours before and after the meals..Good luck and keep me updated!!!

Is the water really cold that you are drinking? It could be that your body doesn't have enough time to adjust to the rapid change in temperature if that is the case. Kind of a like when you drink a milk shake really fast and get brain freeze.

Yeah, that doesnt sound like a normal thing that should happen from drinking water. I would say you need to mention this to your doctor.

Don't gulp it... drink it... and breathe through your nose as you drink and you shouldn't feel dizzy or blackout.
