yes...five years ago. he doesn't like me i think, but i have talked to him and tried to tell him i dont like him anymore but he goes off and tells his friends and asks my friends about me...whats ur opinion on this dude???

If he is going around asking your friends about you, it sounds like this guy is hoping you might like him. You need to tell him flat out that you do not like him anymore and that he needs to move on. Doesn't hurt to tell this to the friends he has asked either, so they can help drive that point home.

Best thing to do is ignore him, if you keep talking to him then hes going to keep thinking you like him.

I think he is still in love with himself. Leave him to his delusions. Introduce your new better guy to him and watch him attempt to still claim you love him.
