Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, preferably organic. Don't forget nuts and seeds. Eat fish, chicken, turkey and lean cuts of beef. Don't eat convenience foods. Stay away from refined foods. No white flour, potatoes, sugar or pasta! Drink lots and lots of pure water. Make sure and take a good quality supplement daily. Not anything from Wal-Mart! Go to your local co-op or health food store. (Not GNC either. )

You should never go 'on a diet', that implies an unhealthy decrease in the amount of food you eat. That is neither and good for losing weight nor any good for making you feel better.
You should always be concerned about your 'diet' (all the food you eat). You can indeed feel better by eating different foods.
Most people feel better when they eat more fruits and vegetables and whole grains (complex carbs) instead of processed foods that have a lot of fats, sugars and simple carbs.

1st rule to dieting is just to do it.
Dont over complicated it . Just you common sense
Decrease calories and increase actives. Walk 2-3 times a day 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at nite and 30 mins mid day.
Eat more fruits and veggies and increase your water intake..its that simple!
