You don't sound like you need to lose weight. However, if you are concerned with your health then you should excersize regularly. Don't forget cardio as well as some toning excersizes.

According to your BMI you are 5lbs from overweight, so if you're body fat percentage is high then you should probably try to lose some fat and gain some muscle to even things out.

U might want to shed off 10-12lbs, but as long as U feel comfortable with yourself , U shouldn't care what anybody else think.

there is nothing wrong with your physial structure, it is a very normal weight and even if it wasnt a normal weight, as long as your happy and healthy it should'nt matter.
