ive seen a lot of people where i live have bums all over the place...u cant tell them front to back why is this?

There is a pocket in front of the pubic bone that will store excess fat in some poeple. The split is in it since the skin in the middle does not stretch as much.

Fat people are just like you inside, but most are not necessarily as judgmental or cruel. When they gain weight, there's no place for it to go but over them, surrounding them and smothering them with humiliation and discomfort and health issues. No matter what they look like to you, they are human and have feelings. Being obese is not a sin...or a wish. It's a disease and a misery. The lumpiness you notice is where the fat has grown over the natural, beautiful, slim curves of the beautiful body underneath it all. There's no extra bums there...the bums are staring at them and making cruel jokes about them in order to make others think they're funny, without a thought to how they're hurting them. Reminds me of what a small boy said to my aunt - who had a very slim rear and a big tummy. "Did God put your rear on backwards?"
Seriously, the pancreas is located in the mid/low abdomen. It secretes insulin, the function of which is to put food in cells. If a person has an overproduction of insulin for any reason, it puts too much food in cells, and starts to do that at the cells closest to its location - the tummy. Logical, no?
