So far I have been using a mixture of yoghurt, tahini and garlic mixture instead of mayo,. but I want something that is more western than middle eastern tasting

No-Cholesterol Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Egg Beaters or similar egg
substitute (at room temperature)
3/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup olive oil, vegetable oil, or a combination

Combine egg substitute, spices, salt, lemon juice and 1/2 cup oil in a food processor. Whirl a few seconds to mix. With processor running, slowly add the remaining 1/2 cup oil in a fine stream. Refrigerate.

Helmans now has mayo that is made with conola oil. Believe it or not its not that bad. I put it in my macoroni salad and my husband who is the pickiest eater in the world actually ate it and liked it.

nope! nmayo is all fat buddy! madefrom egg yolks! nasty 4 ya! but ..it taste good though! kk now gone 2 get a mayo/tomato sw!

buy low fat or fat free mayo - both Kraft and Hellmans have it
