Cats lose fur during a fight/flight response. Basically its a defense mechanism against a predator/danger that makes them harder to catch as most bites or grabs usually end up in mostly fur, thus the fur sheds to the slightest touch.

This doesnt mean that your cat lost, it just means that they got very stressed out and their natural protective body response kicked in.

Cats usually take care of themselves but be sure to spoil your kitty and check for wounds. The fur loss is completely natural.

Cats loose fur for a lot of reasons...after fights it could be just because of stress. My cat does the same thing.

Most cats will do this when they are terribly upset. I had one cat whose fur flew all over the car when we went for his annual check-ups because he was not use to being outdoors or riding in a car. Sweetie, it doesn't necessarily mean he lost the fight as some seem to think. It was simply a frightening and traumatic experience for him.

Cats or dogs will lose their fur when they are stressed. This is quite normal. Just give her lots of love and check for any wounds.

My cat used to get in fights all the time. It pretty much means that you cat either lost the fight or got the worst of it and still won.
