My adaptec easy cd creator 3.5 only let me create a 70 min. cd . Is there a way to change the settings so I?

can create a 80 min cd ?

I am using a 80 min cd.

Easy cd creator 3.5 is more than 6 years old. At the time 700MB(80 minute) cd's were new and expensive. you will need an update but i don't think it's available. Version 4 can do it, and ROXIO(adaptec easy cd creator software was bought out by roxio) version 5 and upwards can do it.

When last i checked 3.5 could only do 74 minute cd's with out the update.

The software won't let you create a 80 min cd if your using a 70min blank cd. use a 700mb 80 min CD for this. If that doesn't do it, you have to change the settings on the software.
