Below site has a way to get off 5 to 20 pounds of weight in an hour using enema even though some comes back in a day and a half (trick used by models). Then there is fasting for loss of up to 20 pounds in a week but does not happen that fast unless you are fat, not 5 pounds overweight. At least read the first several paragraphs about it. Not dangerous since that loss is mostly retained water.

L.A. Weight loss has a drink called Fast Forward. You can order it on eBay. What you do is you mix one part drink to one part water. Divide it in half. Pour one half back into the bottle and the other half into a pitcher. Day one sip on the drink throughout the day. Eat proteins and veggies. Stay away from starchy foods. Do the same thing the second day. I lost 4 pounds in two days doing this. It is a detox program. It helps clean out your system. I hope this helps!

Breakfast:
1 egg
2 slices turkey bacon
coffee or tea with Spenda sweetener and skim milk

Snack:
1 string cheese
6 almonds

Lunch:
2 cups greens
3 ounces chicken, tuna, or turkey
1/2 cup kidney beans
veggies of your choice
2 T balsamic vinegar
2T olive oil

Snack:
1 sugarfree jello
3 T Cool Whip Free

Dinner:
3 oz turkey, fish, or chicken (no skin, no bones, white meat only)
2 cups cooked veggies (try sauteeing in 2T olive oil)
8 oz skim milk

Dessert:
Fat free pudding cup
3T Cool Whip Free

RE: a thanks to lose 3 kilos in 5 days with out ravenous myself? whats up does all people understand how i visit lose 3 kilos in (5 days) i do not prefer to bypass on the all water eating routine, or starve myself. i tousled the day previous and proper this second, so i have been given 5 days left to lose 2 or 3 kilos, if i do lose it how do i make effective i do not earnings it again.

You can't. it's unhealthy and impossible unless you dehydrate yourself (whichis deadly). You might lose 5 lbs. in 2-3 weeks, which is ok. Just a moderate diet of 1200 calories and uping your physical activity to 30 min. a day will do it. Be realistic.

Try fish (or other lean chicken/turkey breast), vegeggies and fruit for three meals a day for a week. Don't forget the exercise and drink 64 ozs or more of water a day.

One of my favorite "quick diets" is to spend a week just eating three cans of soup a day. NOT THE CREAM STUFF hehehehehehehehe
